Well that was fast.

Since Mady did in fact post yesterday, I am back to posting.
I was kinda looking forward to a break :P

My new laptop is AMAZING!! Because, I have windows movie maker on here! you probably like yeah.. whatevs.
This is how I edit ALLLL of our Carter and Hannah videos, and since i don't have to use Mady's laptop for every video, We can put more videos up, and faster! Wooo!!
I have a bunch of old videos on my phone that we might try to make something with.. O.o
Who knows.

I have been looking through all the pictures on my phone, which are many, and I found this picture of Mady. You might recognize it from the "Pie in a Can" video we did in the summer of '09. If you haven't seen it, check it out on facebook!

I think I do zombie make-up pretty awesomely. Anyways.
Nothing new with mushy friends stuff or funny stories, because I am at my dads until tomorrow. Then I get to hang out with Mady. Who knows what will happen....

The day after Christmas!!

So on the car ride home from my Grandmas I had my whole blog post for the day planned out.
I forgot it all.

It's late now and this has been sitting open in my browser for about five hours.. so I gotta write something.
Something.

Okay seven hours now.
I got a new laptop for Christmas :) so hopefully i will be posting more! And i am bugging Mady more often to post so i hope you will get the joy of hearing from here!
eight minutes until tomorrow, so I'm going to try and make this post before Monday!

I would really, REALLY appreciate ideas for videos. The polls say you want videos and funny stories, and a lot of that is connected so we need your ideas. About the mushy friends stuff.. good luck with that. Other people.. well it's really Mady and mine and that's about it.

I feel a tangent coming on.

We had to design a t-shirt for my our final this term, so I wanted to make a t-shirt to give to Mady for Christmas. (Which she loved, by the way.) Since her nick name was Mady Moo Cow, I made a design around that where there was a stick cow saying "moo." and "mady" and "cow" around it. If I had a picture of the shirt, I would put it up here. I could not seem to get the cow to look right, so I had my art teacher help me, but every cow he drew wound up looking like a sheep. I asked him to print a picture of a cow for me. Then I forgot about it and happened to look by my elbow where there was this cow staring back at me, and yelled, "HOLY COW!!!" Then I giggled a lot because it was a cow and I yelled holy cow.... yeah never mind.


Anyways, what was I talking about? OH! Christmas presents!
I got a ton of awesome presents that I love, and I can't wait to do this again next year! Hahaha.....
I love getting to spend time with my family around the holidays and eat obscene amounts of delicious food.  Everyone in my family is a great cook.

We have a whole MONTH off from break this year!! I plan to hang out and sleep a lot, and hopefully get a lot done.. like cleaning my room. Oh... that's a lot of work. Maybe just sleep...

Sorry about not having our Carter and Hannah Christmas special up... we had no ideas. *cough cough*
I am really trying to think of some ideas to put up and make this the official Carter and Hannah website/blog thingy. But we need ideas!!!
I am asking you people for help, so please! HELP!

Yo. I am finally posting. but anyyywwayyy THERE IS LESS THAN ONE WEEEK TILL CHRISTMAS!!!! :D :D :D im soooo happy but i still havent wrapped any of my families presents..

Soo.. school... We have only Monday and Tuesday of this week for school. but for those two days we have finals!! i hate them sooo much. they. can. go. die. in. a. hole. :P

Thee Holidays

Yes, I know I put "thee" not "the".
I guess it's kinda story time again... it just might be a reaallyyyy long post because I have lots of things to tell you!

Numero Uno.
So this wasn't actually my number one thought but when I typed numero uno it made me realize that sometimes I randomly break into Spanish. Weird. Like, My mom was all, "KATHRYNNN!" And I was all, "UNO MOMENTO!!" Then she was all "...." and I was like "Si?"

Numero Dos.
Mady has this thingy that will let her post on here.. but she hasn't yet. Her excuse is her brother and she have to share a charger. I believe her.. but I want her to post!!!

Number Three.
I just remembered that when I was little I used to think that when people typed they used really long words. So when I would pretend to type I barely used the space bar. I was just thinking about exactly how many times I use the space bar in one day. It's a large number!

Le Numéro Quatre.
I had to do an oral presentation today in English about Artemis, the Greek goddess. I got really nervous and talked really fast, but I made my friend Lauren wear my chiton so I wouldn't have to. That was also my excuse for bring my Color explosion Glow board to school. We have another presentation due next Tuesday, but that is a group project that I am, doing with Bryanna, Emma, and Knox. We created a country called New California and it's pretty beastly. I will explain more and have pictures later.


Numéro Cinq.
I am very excited for the holidays this year! I decorated the house last Sunday and put up lights and the Christmas tree and some other stuff. I can't wait to spend Christmas with my family! We are having a little bit of delay with the Carter and Hannah special because we have very little time to film and very very few ideas. This is where you guys are supposed to come in!! Please help by sending us ideas! PLEASE!!!

So let's talk about the holidays!

It's December 5th. 20 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!!!!
I'm so excited! And just can't hide it! Fa la la la la, la la la la!
I am very much in the holiday mood! Yesterday, we wrapped gifts at the mall to fund raise for band! We had a lot of fun and sang along with the music.

Which I will have to do next Saturday for jazz band! I hope you all come! I only play two songs but I have been practicing them a lot! And I am also earning Canon in D major :)

Shh... Gossip time!!!

While Mady and I were gift wrapping at the mall, Martin and his not-girlfriend walked up!
Her name is Becca and she is reeallyyy pretty! I don't know what the deal with them is yet, but she came over and hung out after that. Then barfed. Oh well.

I'm just really excited to hang out with my family on Christmas. And I really need to finish my research paper.. that I hate.

I got to play in my first pep band game yesterday. It was AWESOME!!
Everyone is really nice and we had a ton of fun.

But the suckish thingy was that I had to say after school for jazz band until 4:45 and then pep band started at 5:30.
I barely had time to go home!
And do my stupid chapter review for math. Hole. Die.

But! I had fun at jazz band and I can play my songs really well!
And I'm doing beastly at our concert songs. Though low B flat is really hard to play. :)

Ah dilemma time!
I have a had a few requests to put up some Carter and Hannah videos. Possibly with a new Christmas special in the mix...?

I have decided homework can go die in a hole.

I mean, I really try to do it.  But you get home and you are reaaaaaaalllyyyyy cold, so you make some hot chocolate and drink it. And then you decide, oh hey, I should put a fire in the fire place! But then the fire won't catch and you have to spend forever trying to get it going!

Next thing you know it's six o'clock and you haven't started your homework. Oh joy.
And now I'm hungry again.
Good thing i don't have a book report due!
Oh wait.
Even though I turned one in YESTERDAY I have one due in less than a week.
Teachers can go die in a hole.

So we got a large garbage bag and shook it out and said , Hey! This bag is large! You could fit a body in it!

But at least she looked like.. never mind.

I spoke frequently of my best friend Mady..
So of course you are all aww she only has one best friend.
but I don't!
I didn't tell you that.. I only mentioned one of my best friends. What I'm trying to say is everyone has more than one best friend that is important to them. Mady is the kind of  friend I can be bored to death on a Thursday and text her and say "Yo homes, wanna hang out?" And she will say "Sure, meet halfway?" and that's that. There are other friends also.
The kind of friend you've known since kindergarten who no matter what you can always have the craziest dance parties together, the kind of friend you can have alto taco night with and not care that you are the only three there. The kind of friend you can text for any advice, including homework help, who also won't get frustrated with you when you start freaking out that, no, you're fourteen you are not in fact a cinematographer who knows other famous cinematographers and also knows what type of special effect it takes to create a scene where your character is traveling through space with a Molecular Disruption Device to kill the first intelligent alien species humans have ever met.

I just thought I should let you know that all of your friends out there are important to you, no matter what. 

I have decided to try something new! I was playing with some bubble trying to be Santa Claus (Don't judge) and send a picture to Mady when after I hit send it had this thingymabob that said Send to Blog....

So I've decided to try and put up some pictures! That might possible have a story to go with them O.o No seriously. I've got a great story but you have to see the picture!!!

Story Time!!

So!
Story Time!
Ah wait, I'm sneezing my brains out. Done.
So I told you I couldn't do the lock-in long story etc.
Well, it wound up I could go! It was aweesomeeeeeeeee <--- multiple letters.
 We had pizza and soda and I swam and had a blast!! With all of my awesome friends!
I just realized you have no idea what I'm talking about! Seoooo..
I'm in the marching band, and we have a band lock-in at the end of band camp. Well, we are just so talented that we had our lock-in after marching season was over :)
And that's what happened last night, and I almost couldn't go because of stupid sicknesses. But it was amazing! And I came home and slept until 3 pm.
And my wonderful sickness is back. Oh joy.

But the point, I wouldn't have gone.. of swam.. or kicked someone in the face for grabbing my leg under water (Sorry Michael) if my friends hadn't been there.

OH!
It was like 5:30 am and we were acting sooo stupid, and Mady decided to play Foosball. BY herself. She was only controlling the little red people. She lost. HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!

I love you Mady.

Soo.. point.. True friends will lay in fake graveyard on Halloween and name each decoration.

Okay, it's been like.. *looks at imaginary watch*
A number if hours since my last post.
But I skipped a day so I will do two today to make up for it!
(Just so you know, I don't actually have a watch but I like to act like it.)
 I was reading my friend Sammi's blog, Spreading the Word, and she was talking about how her whole thought process comes out and she doesn't edit. That made me think of how a lot of the time when I'm talking to some one, some little detail will occur in my head, but I forget to vocalize, it and you have no idea what I'm talking about. It happens a lot. I say a lot a lot. My english teacher in 7th grade said to NEVER say a lot when you are writing something... I do anyway :)

I honestly have no idea what this has to do with friends..but I felt the need to say it...

I've decided to try and make everything more interesting by telling stories and uploading pictures... I get the ideas, the fun part is trying to make then happen :)
So, story for today!
I guess you need some background info. 
I'm Kathryn, and I'll be doing a lot of the posting on the blog. My best friend in the who wide world is Mady, and she is my co-conspirator in all of this, and it was our Idea to make this whole blog happen. We just wanted to let you know what all best friends go through, and that you and your "BFF" are never alone. 
We have only been friends for about three years, but those three years have brought us as close as sisters. God made us best friends because our parents couldn't handle us as sisters.  (ahahaha)
Yeah, well, I'm grumpy now because I can't go to the lock-in. Long story...
Just so you know,
Only true friends will closely examine your tongue when you ask, "Is it moving??"
